- Itel it2180 feature phone (with phone lock or password)
- USB data cable.

Step 1
You need to have a windows computer with miracle box software installed and working. You also need to have spreadtrum or SPD drivers installed. You can download SPD drivers online and install them. STEP 2
Now, open or launch miracle box software on your computer as administrator. Or if it suits you, just directly launch or open miracle box. Now, on miracle box dashboard, click on the SPD button. This is because Itel it2180 feature phone is a spreadtrum mobile phone or has an SPD CPU. Now, still under SPD, click on RD UNLOCK button as shown in the screen shot below.

Step 2
Now, until this point, you are on the right track. Now, you have to choose the chipset type under “choose type” as shown in the screen shot below. Click on the blue download arrow to choose the CPU type of your phone.
You will see a list of SPD CPUs. Now, this particular phone operates on SPD 6531. On the list of CPUs, scroll down or up and choose SPD6600L/RT/WT6226/6531 as shown below.
Now, click the START button.
Step 3
Now, switch of tour itel phone . Alternertively, remove the battery and insert it back. Connect your USB data cable on the computer and then, while holding the key above the call key, connect your phone to the USB data cable. Miracle box will read your phone and start annalysing data. Keep holding the key as data is being annaylized. After a few moments, miracle box will display all the keys as shown below.
Step 4
Disconnect your phone from the computer and power it up. Now, write down the UNLOCK CODE displayed on miracle box. Or don’t close up the software. Use the unlock code to unlock your phone.
