Requirements:

- Miracle Box software
- It-fly it3920
- USB Data cable.

Now, after making sure that you have all the requirements, I have listed above, now I want to take you through the procedure on How to Reset Phone Lock on It-Fly It3920 Feature Phone Using A Computer. How to Reset Phone Lock on It-Fly It3920 Feature Phone Using A Computer. Now, follow me through.
Step 1
The first step is opening your flashing tool. In our case, for this article, we are going to use miracle box software. If you are having a different flashing box, then still you can use it. Just follow up this article it will point me in the right direction. Open miracle box as administrator.
Iam using Miracle box ver.2.82. But if you are having a lower version or even higher than mine, it should still work fine.
Step 2
Now, by default, miracle box is always set on MTK. But in our case, as mentioned earlier, our phone it-fly it3920 is run with coolsands CPU. Now on miracle box dash board, just above the “MTK” button, click on the “COOLSANDS/RDA” button. Formatting will wipe all the data on the phone including the phone lock. Now, click on the ”START” button. This will in turn bring a pop up asking you to chose if you want to back up the flash file or not. See the screenshot below.
Remember doing a backup of the whole flash will save your phone’s firmware on the computer before you start doing the formatting. This is helpful because incase anything goes wrong; you can flash the backup file again. Click the “YES” button
Step 3
Now, it is time to connect your phone to the PC. Switch off the phone, hold the key number zero (0) and keep holding it until it gets into download mode. Your phone will be connected to the computer and you will see a blue progress bar indicating that miracle box has connected to your phone. You will see a pop up asking you to back up your firmware. Now chose the location where you want to save your flash backup then click “SAVE”
Step 4
After saving your backup as indicated above, miracle box will proceed to format your phone. Remember you can now release the boot key and let formatting is done. Remember do not disturb the phone during formatting for any interruption can damage the phone.
After formatting is complete, you will see “format complete” on the logs. Disconnect your phone from the computer, disconnect the battery and connect it back, then power on your phone. Your phone should boot up without phone lock.
